For families

What we offer, in plain words

Nannies who speak your language

Search by the languages your family speaks, your city and the hours you need — down to Tuesday afternoons and the odd evening.

Every profile reviewed

Before a profile goes live we confirm the nanny’s identity, through ID photos or a short video call, and read the whole profile. You still meet in person, check references and do a trial day — we say that plainly.

Free to look, private by design

Browsing is free with an account. Your contact details are only shared with a nanny who accepts your request, and theirs with you.

No agency fees

Contacting nannies starts from €14.95, once. No subscription and no placement fee, and the nanny keeps every euro they earn. If a nanny never replies, your introduction credit comes back.

Getting started

Three steps to your nanny

1

Create a free account

Two minutes: your name, your city and a password. Then you can see every published profile.

2

Send an introduction request

Tell the nannies you like about your children and the hours you need. They see exactly what you are looking for before they answer.

3

Meet and agree

When a nanny accepts, you both see each other’s contact details. Meet in person, and agree the hours and the rate directly with each other.

What does it cost?

Creating an account and browsing are free. To contact nannies you choose an option on the pricing page, starting from €14.95 for a single introduction. Nothing renews by itself, and the hourly rate you agree goes to the nanny in full.

Is the nanny employed by Expat Nannies?

No. We make the introduction; you and the nanny agree the work directly. Nannies on the platform work independently, and your actual arrangement and Dutch law determine the obligations that apply. The resources page points to the official Dutch sources.
