Choosing who looks after your children is a big decision. We keep the money part simple. Browsing is free with a free account. You pay for one thing only: sending introduction requests. There is no subscription that renews by itself, no agency fee, and we never take a cut of what your nanny earns.
Nannies never pay to join, be found or receive an introduction, and the platform never takes a cut of what families pay them. Dutch intermediary rules may also prohibit charging a person seeking work where those rules apply. What you agree with your nanny goes to your nanny, in full.
Single Introduction

- Send as many introduction requests as you want for 30 days.

Urgent search

- You decide which requests are urgent. Mark one only when you really need someone now.
- A normal request through this pass costs you nothing extra, and no bonus applies.
- On an urgent request, you and the nanny agree a rate 15% above their normal hourly rate.
- Nannies see urgent requests first, so the ones who can start now answer first.

Why do parents pay and nannies do not?
Our policy is simple: nannies never pay to join, be found or receive an introduction, and we never take a cut of what families pay them. Dutch intermediary rules, including the Waadi where it applies, may also prohibit charging a person seeking work. Families who use the search service pay for the platform.
What is an introduction?
You send a nanny a short message about your family and what you are looking for. If the nanny accepts, you both get each other’s contact details. From there you agree the meeting, the rate and the hours directly with each other. There is no agency in between.
What if a nanny never replies?
Cancel the request and your introduction credit comes back. Silence costs you nothing.
What if my search doesn’t work out?
Two promises. If a nanny never replies, cancel the request and your introduction credit comes back — you never pay for silence. And if you bought a Single Introduction, the conversation happened, but it did not end in a match, we automatically put a discount voucher on your account for your next step. We would rather share the risk of a search than profit from a dead end.
What is Search Pass +, and what is the 15% urgent rate?
Search Pass + is a normal 30-day Search Pass with the urgent option switched on. You decide per request whether it is urgent. A normal request costs you nothing extra and carries no bonus. When you do mark a request urgent, you tell nannies that you need someone today or tomorrow, and both sides know an urgent job pays 15% above the nanny’s normal hourly rate. You agree that rate together, the same way you agree the normal rate.
Does a Search Pass renew by itself?
No. A pass runs for 30 days and then stops. We never charge you again without you asking. If you are still searching when it ends, you can buy a new one whenever you want.
Do I need an account to browse?
Yes, a free account. Creating one takes a minute and costs nothing. We ask for it because nanny profiles are real people: an account keeps the directory away from scrapers and advertisers, and it means nannies know who can see them. You only need a pass to send introduction requests.
